BrandBlurrying FAQ
Answers to common questions about search privacy, fictional namesake content, pricing, setup, and monthly posting.
What is BrandBlurrying?
BrandBlurrying is a search privacy service that creates fictional namesake content for people with unique names. The goal is to make a person’s exact name and city less singular in search results.
What is fictional namesake content?
Fictional namesake content is creative content built around a fictional character that uses an exact name and real city. It can include websites, AI-generated illustrations, social posts, and short videos.
Will the character use my exact name?
Yes. The core BrandBlurrying service is designed around the client’s exact name.
Will the character use my real city?
Yes. The character uses the client’s real city to support exact-name plus city search blurring.
Do you use real photos of me?
No. The standard service uses AI-generated illustrations of a fictional character, not real client photos.
What platforms are included?
The core plan includes two HTML websites plus Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. Spotify is not included.
How often do you post?
The monthly plan includes two posts per week per included platform, plus supporting website updates.
Is there a disclaimer?
Yes. BrandBlurrying-managed websites include a footer notice stating that the character is fictional and is not a factual biography of any real person.
How long before results appear?
Some pages may index quickly, while broader search movement can take months. Search engines and platforms control indexing and ranking.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. BrandBlurrying builds and maintains search-friendly content, but no specific search ranking, indexing outcome, or third-party result is guaranteed.
What does setup cost?
The initial setup is $2,500 CAD.
What does monthly maintenance cost?
Monthly maintenance is $500 CAD per month.
